Craig Jones joins Complex Claims as Director

Complex Claims is delighted to announce that Craig Jones has joined the firm as Director, based in our Dubai office.

The appointment significantly strengthens our construction, engineering, and renewable energy capability across the Middle East and reinforces our regional leadership in complex claims.

Craig brings over 15 years of experience as a Chartered Loss Adjuster, specialising in construction, engineering, and renewable energy claims across the Middle East, Australia, and international markets. He has handled large and complex losses across construction, engineering, and property sectors, coordinating insurers, brokers, and specialist consultants across local and reinsurance markets.

Craig joins from Crawford & Company, where he was Associate Director and Head of Construction. His career also spans senior roles at Integra Technical Services and Crawford Australia, bringing deep technical knowledge and market insight to complex claims management. His leadership experience includes managing regional teams, client relationships, and branch operations in Dubai.
